Building Plan Approval
Developers, builders and renovators can directly use Sydney Water's "tap-in" online system to determine Sydney Water's requirements and obtain the building plan approval.
If your application through "tap-in" requires 'further assessment', Hills Consulting , as WSC's, are able to:
- Advise options available to comply with Sydney Water's requirements
- Arrange peg-out's to determine location of existing assets
- Review the structural engineer's proposals for protection of Sydney Water assets impacted by the development
- Stamp building plans
- Conduct inspections and issue certificate.
